THE PEPYS ROAD SURGERY
NOTICE BOARD

Please remember to let the practice know if you change your address so our records are accurate and up to date.

The practice is open some late evenings and Saturday mornings please ask at reception.

If you feel your problem can be dealt with on the telephone, please ask reception about telephone consultation appointments

If you need a doctor outside of normal practice opening times please call the surgery number and you will automatically be put through to our Out of Hours provider

UPGRADING OF COMPUTER SYSTEM - in our efforts to continue to make improvements in the services we provide for our patients the practice will be changing the clinical computer system currently being used.  This change will take place during February and March 2012.  Whilst every effort will be made to keep disruption to a minimum, there will be some inevitable delays during this period.  Please allow additional time for processing of repeat prescription requests.  The doctors would like to thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Patient Participation Group

Pepys Road Surgery is looking for patients to sit on our newly formed Patient Participation Group.

The group is there to advise the Practice on patients’ views regarding the development of the Practice and allow the Practice to consider patients’ views when reviewing and expanding services.

Some of this will be done via email and some by periodic meetings at the Practice to enable participants to discuss feedback and new ideas.

If you are interested in being an email contact and/or willing to attend an occasional meeting, please complete the contact form available from reception or ring Linda Bradley, Practice Manager on 020 8544 2135 if you would like further information.
